This is the image caption. Hello, this is Laurenfrost, a software engineer living in Tokyo. Graduated from Dalian University of Technology in China with double bachelor degrees, Computer Science and Japanese Language.

My Job & Main Focus

I’m working remotely for a start-up company based Nagoya, maintaining their GIS services. My job include processing map data, calculating road speed from GPS data for ETA, adding new features for route searching system and other stuffs. Thanks to my wide work expirences, my knowladge covers Cloud Services, k8s, Spark, DevOps, IoT.

I consider myself more like a “full stack” GIS Engineer instead of a Data Engineer or a BackEnd Dev.

Recently, I’m VERY interested in Spike Neural Network & something Neuromorphic. I’m interested in High Performance Computing. My Hobbies
